Well, an unlikely connection between Heathrow and Gatwick is now impossible. My flight from New York to London was delayed just enough to put the Afriqiyah flight out of reach. I am in Heathrow, hoping the new ticket I bought for a flight that leaves for Accra tonight holds up (the flight is oversold by 48 people). I will now resume efforts to sneak into airline lounges. Future updates from Accra, Ghana.
